Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Do not use the service if adult content is unlawful where you live.

The service is a single-creator catalogue of synthetic digital artwork. Free access includes browsing and community features; paid memberships provide access to additional images and videos. The service does not sell physical goods. Visitor accounts cannot upload artwork, operate storefronts, or sell files.

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• Notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Do not sell, share, automate, or impersonate another account.

The content and acceptable-use policy is part of these terms. It prohibits illegal content, harassment, exploitation, catalogue artwork depicting minors or minor-coded characters, any sexualisation of minors, infringement, malicious activity, scraping, evasion of access controls, spam, and interference with the service.

Every catalogue item is selected and published solely by the operator and is presented as original, creator-controlled work. Unless a page says otherwise, site artwork, presentation, and original text may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or used to train models without written permission. Downloads are licensed for personal use only and do not transfer ownership.

Material that the operator cannot substantiate as original and controlled is not eligible for publication or sale. Rights holders can request review at any time through the copyright and takedown procedure.

Paid plans are recurring digital-access subscriptions processed by CCBill. The subscription, cancellation, and refund terms apply together with the information shown at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the current paid period unless a refund, return, void, or chargeback ends it earlier.

Content or accounts may be restricted, removed, or suspended when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or reduce risk. Reports are reviewed in context; urgent safety issues receive priority. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent termination.

The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without a promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. Statutory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by a breach of these terms; the operator is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Material term changes will be announced with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted; fresh consent will be requested when required.

The service is operated from Kovo 11-osios g. 33-13, LT-51316 Kaunas, Lithuania by Tadas Garnys, operating T8rv. It is intended to be available worldwide, subject to local law.
