Subscription, cancellation, and refund terms

Paid memberships are recurring digital-access subscriptions processed by CCBill. The plan, price, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown again before the customer leaves for CCBill's secure payment form.

Billing and renewal

Otaku costs $2.99 USD every 30 days and NSFW Vault costs $5.99 USD every 30 days. Each plan renews automatically until cancelled. CCBill processes the payment and may show applicable taxes or localized payment information on its form. Material price changes will be communicated in advance and will not take effect before a permitted renewal.

Cancellation

Members can request cancellation from the billing section of their account when merchant cancellation credentials are enabled, or at any time through CCBill consumer support. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access normally remains available through the already-paid billing period and ends when CCBill sends the expiration event. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds and withdrawal rights

  • Duplicate or unauthorised charges and material technical failures will be investigated promptly.
  • Cancellation by itself does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • Refunds will be issued whenever required by applicable consumer law.
  • Checkout requests express consent for immediate digital access and the acknowledgement required where that affects a statutory withdrawal right.
  • Nothing here removes legal remedies for digital content that is faulty, unavailable, or not as described.

Contact t8rvindex@gmail.com with the account name, transaction reference, date, and reason for a billing request. Do not send full card details.

Plan and content changes

The catalogue will change over time. A subscription grants access to the plan's then-current catalogue rather than ownership of every item. If a change materially reduces a prepaid service, any remedy required by law will be provided.
