Copyright and takedown procedure
T8rv Index respects copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and related rights and will review sufficiently detailed notices promptly.
Catalogue ownership
This is a single-creator catalogue with no public uploads or third-party sellers. Every published item is represented by the operator as original, creator-controlled digital artwork. That publishing model does not limit a rights holder's ability to submit a good-faith notice for review.
Submitting a notice
Send a notice to t8rvindex@gmail.com or use the report form. A complete notice should include:
- Your full name and reliable contact information.
- Identification of the protected work or right involved.
- The exact URL of each item you want reviewed.
- An explanation of why the use is not authorised or otherwise lawful.
- A good-faith statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rightsholder or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
The operator may request missing information, restrict the disputed material while reviewing it, contact the operator, and remove or disable access when appropriate. Disputed material will not be republished unless the operator can substantiate the right to use it. Records may be retained to document the review and meet legal obligations.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, contact the same address with the removed URL, the reason removal was a mistake, your contact details, any legally required statements, and your signature. The operator may share the counter-notice with the original complainant and restore material when legally permitted.
Important
Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may have legal consequences. This process is not legal advice. If a formal statutory process such as the U.S. DMCA applies, the notice must also satisfy that law, and a designated agent must be published and registered before relying on the relevant safe harbour.
